So, yesterday I went to WW even though I was going to give it a break for a while, but I’m glad I did because I feel like, even though I am sick of it, it does keep me accountable. On the WW scale, I was 187, and then when I weighed myself this morning on my own, crappy, messed up scale, I was 187.5, which is half a pound down from yesterday morning. Considering that I started the week off weighing 191 on my home scale, I’m pretty excited.

For breakfast, I had some beans and some lunchmeat and some string cheese and I brought lentils and string cheese for lunch. It’s a good thing I like lentils. Yum!
